BODY THERAPY
Initial Session (90 minutes)
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals. I'll assess your structure and movement, begin hands-on treatment, and outline practical next steps. The conversation, assessment, and treatment are all included in your appointment.
Standard Session (90 minutes)
This is my usual appointment for ongoing body therapy, with time for comprehensive hands-on work and movement education. Depending on your needs, a session may include Zen Bodytherapy® (structural integration), Physio-Synthesis, other manual techniques, and acupuncture. Each visit builds on how you are feeling and responding to the work.
Focused Session (60 minutes)
A shorter appointment for a specific concern, or to follow up on earlier treatment. There is time for hands-on work and movement guidance within a narrower scope. If you have several concerns or want more comprehensive work, the Standard Session gives us more time.

ACUPUNCTURE ONLY
Initial Session (60 minutes)
Your first acupuncture appointment includes a review of your health history, concerns, and goals, followed by assessment and treatment using Japanese acupuncture methods. We'll also talk about an appropriate plan for follow-up care.
Follow-Up Session (45 minutes)
We'll review what has changed since your last visit, reassess, and tailor your treatment to your current needs.
