APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to allow ample opportunity to find parking, fill out forms (if necessary), and relax a bit before your session.
RESCHEDULING, MISSED APPOINTMENT, & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment or payment is due in full.
If you miss your appointment, the full cost of the appointment is due.
If you are late for your appointment, your session length will be shortened by the length of time you are late with no adjustment to the cost of the appointment.

PARKING
There is free parking available in the small lot on the west side of the Saturn Building as well as free and metered parking in the neighborhood. The entrance to the lot is to the right of SWel Restaurant. The lot is only be used during your appointment time. FYI…the 3 three spaces in the SW corner of the lot are marked “RESERVED” 24/7 for the Barrel Thief Only. Please be careful, violators will be towed!
WHAT TO WEAR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
For general body therapy (Zen Body therapy, Physio-Synthesis, & Acupuncture): Boxers or briefs for men; underwear and a bra, a two-piece bathing suit, or jogging attire for women.
Also, please remove all jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, watches, earrings, and so forth) prior to entering the treatment room. If you wear fragrances normally, it is best that you do not for your appointment.
PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE
Payment by cash or personal checks is preferred. Credit and debit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and HSA. There will be a $40 service charge for any returned checks.
I am no longer with any healthcare plans. I do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or automobile accident claims for acupuncture or bodywork/massage. I will gladly provide you a coded Superbill for you to turn into your insurance carrier for reimbursement, but I do not write letters, make phone calls, create reports, or fill out other forms.
